She is a strong advocate for mental health, believing in mental health as a universal human right, which led her to co-found, The Perennials Foundation, a newly established NGO working on mental wellness and mental health awareness, having an online presence through its website and social media channels. This book, a collection of poems, showcases her journey of healing, accepting, and loving herself during a time that she considers as her hardest and worst period for her mental health as a young teenager.
