He is a bilingual author and hails from a country village BANGURUSH PATNA, NIMAPARA about 27 kilometers from Bhubaneswar, the state capital of Odisha, India and presently working as a teacher.
His professional qualifications are D. H. Tech from IIHT, Varanasi (UP)-1992, B.E (Textile) from IEI, Kolkata-2005, M. Tech (Textile Technology) from PSG college of Technology, Coimbatore-2009, B. Ed. from IGNOU-2011. As a dignified teacher, he has been awarded by the State Government and honored by a number of prestigious institutions of the state. In the translated literature, he has translated the English book Effective Parenting of writer Ramender Kumar into Odia language as Pilanka Phalaprada Lalanpalana and self-penned Odia novel PAAPA into English language as The Sin. Nationally published books A Practical Book to Usage of Jacquard in Textile Designing and Weaves in Textiles are his novel contributions.
