Anusuya Hazra
The daughter of an Indian Foreign Service bureaucrat, Anusuya Hazra spent many years of her childhood in Canada and England and much of her youth across several other countries, including Libya, Oman and Germany. After passing her GCE ‘O’ level exams from England, she returned to India and graduated from Miranda House, Delhi University. This was followed by a postgraduate degree in English and another bachelor’s degree in education from Jadavpur University and Calcutta University, respectively.
The author is also an established educator by profession and a successful school administrator, who was responsible for setting up one of the most prominent educational institutes in Kolkata. For her contribution to society and her lifelong commitment to education, she is admired, respected and much loved.
Her long association with teachers, parents and children, and her experiences from travelling, has helped her take a keen interest in human behaviour. She has successfully published several educational articles and fiction stories, both in India and overseas.
Twilight Tweets is her second book that focuses on her interpretation of human nature, relationships and life.
