The author born on 14th Aug 1954 in one of the villages in Yavatmal District of Maharashtra, he has completed his education up to post-graduation in Economics at Dr. Babasahab Ambedakar Mrathawada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. After serving 35 years in bank, retired as Senior Manager. Being Banker he was related to Rural and Agricultural lending Department for 30 years. Born in farmer’s family, having ancestral Agricultural land he relates to the problems of Rural and agriculturist very closely. He is very sensitive about problem of farmers in India and has lots of related experience.
