Kaushal Joshi completed his graduation in Production Engineering and was ranked first in Saurashtra University where he was awarded the Gold Medal by Shri Narendra Modi in December, 2006. He has won several prizes for yoga competitions held across the state of Gujarat. It was his childhood dream to write a book and this book is the first product of his continuous efforts. He wants to develop the Yogic platform in India and then further spread it throughout the world. The author has a bond with yoga and meditation right from his school days.
