Reason for write this list:

Few days back, I realized that social media are controlled me their need. So many content comes as suggestion which is not required at the time.

If i planned to spend 15 min on YouTube. Do you think i can exits exact 15 min, No! not possible. They give me so many suggestion and so many new channels which is not allowed to leave, I strongly feel these are things are controlled me. Social media are should be for us and should be for our need which is need to be controlled by us. Is this possible?

Now a days social media be a game changer, They have a biggest team and spending more money for tracking each and every action from users, they know what you like, where do you spending most of the time.

So again I realize that, why should I force myself on stop social media, what If I focus on for some good content.

Wasting time is not a matter, if you know where do you spend and for what.

So i started to restructuring my YouTube channel list, removed some entertain channel and added some self motivated, financial guided and success stories about Inspire people channels.

These are the videos are create spark into my mind. But it is really difficult to me follow all the time, still learning to apply this technique into my life.
