It was a day that started early with a beautiful ride for Shirish and Ankita on a lovely east coast road to an old-day French colony. It’s a dream for Ankita to be on a houseboat anchored on the backwaters. Shirish, a like-minded person, was in a relationship and entered into wedlock with Ankita. They both enjoyed the beautiful view of the coastal roads, accompanied by drizzly weather. A ride on a beautiful road with a lovely partner in an awesome climate made the day for Shirish. Ankita’s day was filled with surprises as Shirish pretended the plan for the day a casual. Everything was planned by Shirish for Ankita to be on a beautiful houseboat. The architectural style of the dwelling made Ankita and Shirish feel the old French colonial era. The flow of backwaters alongside French colonial buildings added more colors to their flavor. Shirish's cruise bike ride ended in front of a port-like backwater private parking area. He took Ankita into a houseboat waiting for them in the backwaters in the old-day French colony. Ankita’s surprise was seen in her face, filled with exclamations!!! Being in a houseboat came true for Ankita. The ride with Ankita continued for Shirish into the Bay of Bengal, but now in a beautiful houseboat. The Backwaters here are a network of lagoons and canals. It also includes interconnected lakes, rivers, and inlets. The houseboat anchored into the backwaters as the moon arose into the sky, showering its romantic waves into the people’s minds and also into the stream of backwaters. The day for Ankita ended with a candlelight dinner in a beautiful houseboat with Shirish. She gazed at the stars and the moon, remembering the day she thought, "I found my happy ever after."
Ankita, a journalist by profession, and Shirish, a travel blogger, met through a common friend. Both seem to be like-minded and have the same passion. The little cupid started playing towards them, and they fell for each other. Ankita, during a casual date with Shirish, found a pocket journal which was purposefully left on the table, attracted her, and became a memorable and life-changing day. It just had the following lines on the very first page.
"I Owe you to give you a poem not yet in any Literary Gatherings
I owe you to give you a timeless classic
I owe to remember you till the last flower in the world dries
I owe it to share my Love with you and get yours
I owe it to stay in your heart forever
I owe it to stay with you as an epic
But time owes me to stay without knowing how to express my Love towards you!!

Without a minute less, she strikes off the last line and writes

He saw her noticing the pocket journal and reading, but didn't notice what she wrote till both left the cafe.
He noticed after a couple of days that when he took it to make a note to book his tickets for an abroad trip.
He finally felt the universe had heard his wish, and the happy days continued.
The eyelashes cuddled for Ankita along with Shirish in the houseboat without taking permission from her heart, that filled with joy and surprises. The next day arose with a mesmerizing view of sun rise from a houseboat with a cup of hot coffee in both their hands, along with a very familiar voice, “Wish you a Happy Birthday, my sweetheart,” brought Ankita to reality…:-) The houseboat ride started into the rivers connecting the backwater to experience and be mesmerized by the sunrise. The golden wings of the sun scattered the universe, appeared the river appeared, flowing a liquid gold. The sound of the flow and the songs of the birds in a fresh morning wished them a wonderful start to the day. Shirish and Ankita together became an Avid Bird Watchers enjoying the beauty of the stream of golden backwater covered up by the trees on its side, witnessing different species of the birds coming out one by one flapping their wings and safe landing into a piece of wood bend towards the flowing river and taking a dip in the stream. A Perfect treat for a nature lover! They know that a bird watcher will travel to multiple countries and continents and go through tough climates to visit and study various bird species! But they both identified around 22 species of birds here easily, which would have migrated, making here as their preferred destination. The fun of ducks in the stream, sailing along with the wild birds looking wild, made them laugh. They exchanged the tricks they know for identifying different birds and their habitat. They even found some funny-looking ducks that look to be interbred with geese and other wild birds. The panoramic beauty of farmlands near river tributaries and the green environment attracted many birds to it. They did a farmland bird survey and identified the seed-eating birds and ground-nesting birds from the houseboat. The day continued with Breakfast in the houseboat and lunch en route back to their lovely palace. The days passed on, and even on their busy schedules, they didn't forget to have quality time with each other daily.
