Preface-
This is a "True Story" of sheer strength and determination as against the "Tides of the Sea" and the "Wheels of Time"!
It's not so difficult to understand that the high tides could be really sharp with strong undercurrents that could make it very difficult to "Patch-Up" the ripped up pieces of a person's stature or persona like the "Statue of Liberty"🗽!!

In the face of reproach, malice & absolute disregard, disdainful attitudes, scathing criticisms & brazen violations it's not so easy to readjust your perspectives and be-happy attitudes with a gentle and meek spirit.

However to be able to both "See & Perceive" is like embarking on a "Voyage" like the protagonist in the process of developing a "Growth Mindset" that ENABLE's to read the word "Impossible" as "I am Possible"!!

So what we don't generally realize is the value of hidden potential's and the fact that "We" are a part of the "Bigger Whole" just like how "All Five Fingers are not the same and if it were to be so it is not possible to hold "Our
World" together!!

So in this sequence of a true story we see the delightful and mysterious ways in which the selfless love of God with His Divine providence carefully orchestrates the pairing of each Species with the "Patterns of a Ark" that was functional enough to "Sustain ever Being on the face of the Earth" with the prolific nature of His (Omnipresent, Omnipotent & Omniscient Mind).

So it's perfectly Right to See the Tri_Angle in the DIGIT 4 with the Mind, Body, Soul & Spirit spun together in perfect harmony like the "Sound of Music"!! It then becomes the smallest "Unit" in the Organization of "Humanity" at large in this Circle of LIFE ⭕..... Devoid of which Life would only seem like a "Game of Solitaire" with "Solitary Reapers" confined to Mars as it would seem like "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus"!!!

A Legend in the Making::.

Noor Czar was of Syrian Turkish Origin and born in Armenia.She proves to be an eyeopener in the worst battle against litigation as she finds herself Waging a teething war of Resistance and "Stands the Test of Time" as Energy Sucking Vampires try to annihilate vitality in Work places where exploitation was the "Order of the Day"!!!

Noor meaning "Light" was a Candle in the dark and she was known under a Pseudo Name "DEEPS" with a nick name "Shy D"!! Yet as Bold as a Lioness, She was as subtle as a "Lamp" to add to her Uniqueness!

With a high Moral sense, She was more inclined to really "Uplift" the plight of people with a great MORALE and industrious nature with a robustness like none Other! She also felt it was important to reserve a "Sacred Space" for that which is to be "revered"!!

Hence after a lot of struggles having to climb uphill from the Age of 5 - 13 with some factors that affected the functionality of a sound family in early childhood she manages to maintain a decent score to do justice to her academic sphere of Life with a minimum credit pass of 5-7 on a Scale of 1-10.

She explored avenues where she could develop her Skill Sets to evolve a bit here and there in the realms of extempore and elocution, light music, theatrical drama & dance sequences and was a writer and a Leader with revolutionary zeal in her own right 👍🏻😊.

Obviously, She had her own quirks and eccentricities too topped with idiosyncrasies that were the icing on the cake in the most ironic way...too but nonetheless she was a bundle of sheer authenticity that radiated from within..... although quite pedantic by nature!!

Hence full of zeal was more than just a shade of "Teal" and She believed in standing ground with unwavering conviction like the unflinching Borders of the wandering "Meanders" that had a course through which it flows with no ambiguity whatsoever!!

So it's quite natural to face a lot of opposition because it's a lot easier to be gullible enough to swim with the flow where there is no glow of Vitality.

But to be able to lead a true Life and an "Earned Life" where it's possible to invest in one's talents and see the fruition of ones labour of love was "Authentic Value" with "Work -Life" Balance between "Work & Worship" like striking the right notes between Conflicting Priorities and Preferences in an "Uphill Battle to not just Survive but Thrive" like the "Camel & the Cactus" in the dry & dreary Deserts!!!

So having a lot of unique adventures that always had a way of being a "Blessing in Disguise" was a way of Life for "evergreen Deeps"!!

Having said that Noor actually strove to create opportunities and was more keen on contributing to the "Bigger Picture" that she landed in trouble in the hands of people who didn't like digging deeper as nobody really cared about the facets that formed the framework of an Organizational Culture like People, Policies, Procedures & Practices that adds incredible value to corporate sustenance!

Hence she faces an uphill battle in a David Vs Goliath truce like situation where the impact of demeaning & demoralizing circumstances caused serious setbacks in her Career but she chooses to continue in a Relentless pursuit to Create more VALUE across Borders and Beyond Boundaries.


So through the "Woes & Vices" that was challenging to her own stability she manages to wade through the "murky waters" in search of greener pastures she decided to venture through "Uncharted Territories" to navigate possibilities for a stable source of income with the ability to Create more VALUE, Connect and Collaborate effectively.

In the least what she could successfully fo was maintain a "Personal Journal" to paint the dicy expressions on the Canvas of Life when she felt like a sojourner crossing "Hair -Pin" Curves with a fresh 'New Perspective" - "When Life throws Curve Balls let's make Lemonade"!!!

Lack of emotional support and the necessary relational support systems created an emotional disconnect where she learnt the "Art of Living by evolving from a Death Zone" as a"Harbinger of HOPE "!!!

By steering the rudder of thoughts with serenity meant staying anchored to Faith as much as that of a Mustard Seed and hence detaching oneself from the impact of current circumstances by focusing on the Goals that are attainable with deep convictions.


Finally, perhaps in a sequential "Tryst with Destiny" as Noor calls it the severity of oppressive circumstances paves the way to a bigger picture in eventuality.

When she finally meets a couple of Stakeholders of a huge Retail Conglomerate who were charged with offences such as criminal negligence and fraud but her deep affection and sincerity invokes a lot of empathy as she 'Stands up" for a couple of Brutes because people are a product of their circumstances and "No Man is an Island"!!? - Food 4 Thought 🤔🩸.

Writing the pages of History in the making in the rude awakening of a lot of triggers that led to a lot of Opposition, Confinement and serious psychological abuse was the brutal face of severe "Corporate Bullying" but however "Standing Ground" paved the way for Organizational Transformation & Change Management.

While scouting through the length and breadth of a nation in search of opportunities I felt there was no depth and a lot of dearth in finding stability but for FAITH to see some light at the end of "Dark Tunnels"!! However the sudden change in circumstances and being pushed to uncomfortable limits with a buddy family to nurture was quite a stretch for Noor but then came the concept of the > greater than and < lesser> <> although this herculean exercise meant a lot of repairs for the "Heels" at the Sole of the shoes but not at the core of the Soul!!

Conclusion-

Finally Noors Story had a lot of unexpected "Twists and Turns" but she spells out an "Unflinching & Unwavering" sort of determination against All Odds to Aspire and Inspire which felt like Picasso paintings of the Blue Periods where a lot of transition and transformations where a "Key -Note" to a "Nuance like Never Before" where experiential learning became a "Beacon of Hope although there were No Bacon for Breakfast"!!!!
