The Birds chirping wind blowing Nina wakes up to the smell of the wet soil due to the sudden drizzle.
Nina looked up at the sky through the window.
Oh god! It's gonna pour now! I really love the weather before the rain but not the RAIN nor it's aftermath.
who needs coldness in and out! Disappointed at her plight and the upcoming weather Nina walked away from the window to get herself the morning coffee hoping that can brighten her day.
"Knock" "knock" there came a noise of someone tapping the door.
Nina perplexed about who's at the door opens to see none in front rather a sudden feeling of her pants being pulled by something.
She looks down to find a young little girl with the basket of flowers asking her if she could let her in until the rain stops...reluctantly Nina let's her in.
Leave your footwear at the rack!!Make yourself comfortable! Commanded Nina.
Nina questioned the little girl where she was from and why is she wandering around streets alone.
Uhm I lost my way following the butterfly!! Oh child who does that when you can see the sky getting darker shrugged Nina.
The child asked "is it dangerous to go out in the rain"?
Uh not really it's just that you might catch cold, to be honest it's lovely to see those lush greens being cleansed by those droplets from the sky Nina exclaimed as she looked outside.
The little girl walked up to Nina gave her the Butterfly pea flowers.
Nina suprised asked her "why are you giving me these flowers?" The little girl replied "it's my gift for letting me stay at your home! Those signify my gratitude to you!
Oh child it's fine you can have them" said Nina.
"For my sake could please have them you could make a morning drink out of it!" The little girl said.
Looking at those butterfly pea flowers on her hands Nina got reminded of her childhood, her eyes welled up reminiscing her nostalgia...
Before it could be evident she wiped those tears off.
Hmm let me make some! Nina swiftly moved to the kitchen.
Nina got those blue glistening morning drink for the little girl and herself.
Seated on the couch Nina offered the little girl the drink and called it blue magic!
Blue magic?asked the little girl.
Ah .. that's what I used to call it whrn I was child said Nina.
As Nina took a sip,she was engrossed with her past that was interrupted by the little girl's question...why do you look so upset ?
Me? No I'm not! Replied Nina.
But your face doesn't say the same, you seem quite annoyed and worried.Why though?asked the little girl.
"Uhhh life doesn't seem to happen the same way I wanted" wined Nina.
Childhood is the best time of life ! Enjoy how much ever you could!! Exclaimed Nina. Why?why would you say that way? The little girl asked quickly.
Life tests you alot!! The world is full of competition and chase!! Everyday seems like a storm! Why am I the always put it into toughest trails? Is it not fair for me to dream about anything? Stressed, Nina ranted.
The little girl walked to her lifting Nina's head,are scared you would lose to the world?
Uhh you won't understand it's not about the world it's about me the pressure I have in me, for myself! blurted out Nina.
A moment of pin drop silence prevailed. Nina astonished with her own words sank into her own thoughts...
The little girl whispered the hardest ones are tested with toughest battle!! Startled Nina turned towards the little girl. Where do you get such wisdom she laughed off though those words deeply impacted her.
Nina moved to the window to see outside.
The sky cleared up, hey look at the rainbow exclaimed Nina. And the butterfly!!said the little girl
Thanks for letting me in , I shall take my leave said the little girl.
Not wanting to say bye to her Nina struggled with her words.
Hmm ,yeah it's time I guess! you're a bundle of warmth indeed exclaimed Nina. The little girl smiled and said "you too!"
As she bid adieu to the little girl, a sudden thought striked...she rushed to the door and
yelled "hey little girl! What's your name?"
Nina! Smiled the little girl and turned to chase the butterfly again!
As she disappears into the path,
Nina amused froze at the moment and couldn't process what happened!
"Tringgg" "Tringgg" a sound came as Nina tried to make sense where the sound came from,she opened her eyes to realize it was all her dream.
A dream!? All that was a dream?Maybe my inner child? A confusion clouded her thoughts ....uhh whatever it is, all happened for good.
A good dream a good start for the day she exclaimed.
Let me take a morning walk the weather after rain is the best time to enjoy she proceeded.
The door shut and the glistening butterfly pea flowers that were lying on the table filled the home with it's magic.
