The Baking Couture. Her vision is to come up with 50 restaurants across the world in the span of 5 years.
Aanal is a philanthropist who has pledged that she won’t let any children in her city starve and to accomplish
her mission she has tied up with the Robinhood Army to serve food to the needy.
Aanal and her team hold a record for making a 56 feet long Christmas plum cake weighing 750 kgs which
took them 110 hours to complete.
Aanal and her restaurants have received several accolades over the years including ‘Genius Entrepreneur of
the Year - 2019’, ‘Top 50 Food Entrepreneurs of India’, ‘The Secret Kitchen - Best restaurant of the year - 2018’
to name a few.
Her mission is to promote vegetarian food across the globe and follow the footsteps of her guru Michelin
Starred French Chef Alain Passard.
