Dr. Gautami S, working as a Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Tirupati. She has 22 years of experience in research and teaching. She completed her Doctorate from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, in the area of Management of Non-Performing Assets in Selected Commercial Banks in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh, in the year 2015. She completed her Master of Business Administration from the School of Business Management, Sri Venkateswara University in the year 2001. She guided 180 PG Management students' Projects and guided 4 PhD Research Scholars in JNTUA Ananthapuram, A.P.
She is the Principal Investigator for the Government of India AICTE-funded Project worth 10 Lakhs as Grant-in-Aid for the Prerana Scheme for SC ST Higher Education for the year 2019. A project proposal for DST SATYAM Scheme was shortlisted and presented on 2023 December 4th and applied for UGC SERB POWER GRANT in 2024 February 15th. She is the author of more than 40 research papers published in various national & international journals with high Impact Factors and citations (Google Scholar Citations 48, h-index 5, and i10-index 3); SSRN-Elsevier Author id 3972426. She has attended more than 40 National and International conferences/seminars and presented papers that appeared in the proceedings published with ISBN and she has Authored 6 books & Edited 1 book. She is the Editorial/Advisory/Reviewer Board Member of more than 3 National & International Journals. She has organized many programs for imparting entrepreneurship skills among students and faculty. She has organized “Three Day Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps” Funded by EDI/DST-NIMAT Project 2016&17.
