"சிறுதானிய அரசி" என்ற பட்டம் Wow (The world of women) அமைப்பிடம் இருந்து கடந்த ஜனவரி மாதம் 19ம் தேதி 2020 அன்று பெற்றார். 2021 ல் பிரபலமான Tarla Dalal அவர்களால் நடத்தப்பட்ட சிறுதானிய உணவு திருவிழாவில் "தனித்துவம்மிக்க முழு கோதுமை உணவு" பிரிவில் இவர் செய்த "துரித முழு கோதுமை இட்லி" சமையலுக்கு பரிசு கிடைத்தது.

மற்றும் Fortune Foods நடத்திய சமையல் போட்டியிலும் வெற்றி பெற்றார்.

திருமதி. இந்திரா நாராயண்தற்போது 2023ம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு சிறுதானிய மாநாட்டிற்கு நிறுவன தூதுவராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறர். இதன் மூலம் சுலபமாக தயாரிக்கும் சிறுதானிய சமையல் கலை நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்துகின்றார்.

இவரது குறிக்கோள் அனைவரும் சிறுதானிய உணவுகளின் முக்கியத்துவத்தையும், அதன் பயன்களையும் அறிய வேண்டும் என்பதாகும். இன்ஸ்டகிராமில் 1000 திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட பதிவுகளை இட்டதன் மூலம் மிகஅதிமான வர்கள் அவரைத் தொடர்கிறார்கள்.

இவர் ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதி அமேசான் மூலம் வெளியிட்ட "Millet Kitchen" என்ற புத்தகம் மிக அதிகமாக விற்பனை ஆனது.

சிறுதானிய உணவிற்கு இணையாக ஏதும் இல்லை என்று பலராலும் பாராட்டப்பட்டது.

நாயகி தொலைகாட்சி நிலையத்துடன் இணைந்து youtube ல் சிறுதானிய உணவுகள் சமையல் நிகழ்ச்சியை நடத்துகிறார்.

இந்த வருடம் 2023 ஜனவரியில் கோயம்புத்தூரில் நடைபெற்ற 555சிறுதானிய உணவு உலக சாதனை நிகழ்ச்சியில் இவர் சிறுதானிய உணவுகளை செய்து காண்பித்தார்.

மற்றும் பிப்ரவரி 15ம் தேதி நடைபெற்ற Green goddess millet mela சிறுதானிய சமையல் உணவு நிகழ்ச்சியை நடத்தினார். EID PARRYS நிறுவனத்திற்கு சிறுதானிய ஆலோசகராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறார்.

தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் சுயஉதவிக் குழுவிற்கு சிறுதானிய சமையல் பயிற்சி அளிக்கிறார்.

இவரது சிறுதானிய சமையல் ஆர்வத்திற்காக மென்மேலும் பல வெற்றிகளும் ,சாதனைகளும் பெற நாம் அனைவரும் வாழ்த்துவோம்.

The whopping 1000 posts consisting of a variety of recipes that she had prepared over the years, stand as a testimony to her never-ending passion for cooking.
She was crowned the “SIRUTHANIYA SITRARASI” or the “MILLET QUEEN” by WOW (The World of Women) on January, 19, 2020. This esteemed chef is a winner of the cooking event organised by Fortune Foods and has also won a cooking event at the Small Grain Food Festival hosted by the famous Tarla Dalal under the category of “Unique recipes using whole wheat flour” for the recipe “Instant Whole-Wheat Idlis”. Title winner #MilletFeast2021.
Indra Narayan is currently appointed as the Corporate Ambassador for the Tamil Nadu Small Grain Conference, 2023. Through this, she conducts easy-to-prepare small-grain cooking programs. Her goal is to make everyone aware of the importance of micro-grain foods and their benefits. 
Her book "Millet Kitchen" written in English and published by Amazon became a bestseller, and is now available online in the Tamil language. Indra Narayan is currently hosting a small grain cooking show on YouTube in association with a TV channel. In January 2023, in Coimbatore, she made her appearance in 555 Small Grain Food World Record Show,  where she made small grain dishes.
