Kiran deep Sandhu is an accomplished author, editor, John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, TEDx Speaker, and social entrepreneur.

With over 20 years of experience in education, entrepreneurship, and training, she is a leading expert in the field of communication, personal growth, mindset shift, and women empowerment.

Kiran has previously worked as an editor on several book projects, including three with reputable publishers like Routledge of the Taylor & Francis Group as well as other self-publishing houses.

Additionally, she has also edited articles on Sikhism, which were featured in the Coffee Table book published by the Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce. Kiran’s work on educational parity and social justice has also been recognized by the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR), which has published her piece on this topic.

Kiran started her academic career with an Australian university, Swinburne University of Technology, Malaysia, as part of the Language and Communication Faculty. In 2012, she started her entrepreneurial journey, opening the first edu-entertainment center in East Malaysia. Currently, she is the Managing Partner of Leadership K.A.R.D., a Leadership/Training Organization where she helps emerging leaders in their self-leadership journey, with focus on communication, personal growth, and leadership development. She is also the host of a podcast called ‘Leadership Talks for Emerging Leaders, where leaders are invited to share their leadership journey.

Outside her professional work, Kiran is also the founder of the non-profit educational organisation called “Give Back to Community Trust.” This Trust was established in 2021 in rural India to support underprivileged primary school students by bridging the educational gap through technological empowerment.

This Trust has directly touched and impacted the lives of 1,500 students until March 2021.

Kiran deep Sandhu believes her mission in life is guided by the EEE principle -to Educate, Empower, and Enlighten emerging leaders by contributing to their knowledge growth and skill development. She believes her work in Leadership development, research and philanthropic efforts all support her mission to add value to the community at large.

Her parents, Sardar Pritam Singh and Sardarni Harcharan Kaur, are her role models, who have inspired her through their life journey by adding value to others. Her father taught her the first lessons of leadership by demonstrating compassion, empathy, and community upliftment in the world around him.
