My father died at the very young age of 49.
I had an epiphany as we carried his body to the cemetery. Grief tends to focus the mind. People get varied insights at a crematorium, especially when bidding farewell to someone close. However, this awareness is left behind the moment one steps out, as ‘death’ is left behind and ‘life’ takes over. It is akin to appreciating ‘light’ only when you are in ‘darkness’. Yet, the moment the light is switched on, we tend to forget all we experienced when we were in the darkness.
In this book, I have given words to those revelations. I have tried to explain darkness to you while you are in light and help you understand how to live life from the perspective of death. But then, these learnings are exceedingly difficult to teach as these are experiential, like an electric shock.
Immerse yourself in these revelations that will be life-transforming and learn how to use them in every aspect of your life to achieve health, wealth, and happiness.

FOOD IS THE NUMBER ONE ENEMY!
Is this what you believe while you are stuck in the weight loss chakrvyuh? Have you tried all types of diets and workout regimes but are still struggling? Do you often feel lethargic and have frequent health issues? Are you still trying to find the answer to the perennial question, “What do I eat today?”
If your answer to any of the above questions is a resounding ‘YES’ then let us take you through your own ‘Food Safar’ which started even before you were born. As you witness this food life journey, you would come to know when and why did this supposedly enjoyable voyage turn into a ‘Food Suffer’.
This book is NOT a weight loss guide. Instead, this is a book that you should keep by your bedside to refer to whenever you face a ‘food’ challenge at any stage of your life. You will get answers for what you should eat, when you should eat and how much should you eat for a healthy life right from the cradle to the grave.
This book will make food your best friend once again – the way it is supposed to be.

Why is it that well-thought-out plans of capable individuals, institutions and organisations fail to take off? Why is it that well-intended ideas with clear benefits find no takers? Why do we find it challenging to follow laws knowing well the dire consequences of not doing so?

All you need to do is to Tighten the Screws.
Is it possible that most challenging personal and global issues can also be solved by a bit of tightening of the screws? Maybe. Maybe not. No harm in trying though. Eh!

Wars, famine and plague were the prime causes of human misery in the centuries gone by. Over the last couple of decades, we have been able to ward off diseases, income levels and life expectancy have increased, and the world has seen its most peaceful time ever. But, instead of being happy and joyful we are stressed – a lot. Why did that happen? The change over the last few years had been rapid, and none of us were ready for it. We embraced everything that the changing world threw at us without realizing the deep impact it had caused. It is time to pause, reflect and take action before stress becomes the plague of this century.
Why is stress becoming the cause of misery and ailments in this era?
