Dr. Annepaul Vemagiri

Dr. Annepaul Vemagiri has worked for 28 years, with 14 years dedicated to teaching in hospitality schools and 14 years in training at resorts and hotels. Her expertise in learning and development is exceptional.

Dr. Annepaul earned her Doctorate in Learning & Development from the Asian College of Teachers in collaboration with European International University (EIU-Paris). Her research led to the renowned Train The Trainer Program, now a core part of the Brand–Atmosphere, where she oversees Learning & Development functions for nine iconic island resorts in the Maldives and also supports projects in India.

Her career includes working with hospitality brands in India, Qatar, UAE, and Bahrain. As a philanthropist and co-author of the book “Knock! Knock! Who’s there? CULTURE,” available on Amazon and Flipkart, she is also an ICF-certified professional coach. Her second book, “From END to AND, available on Amazon and Flipkart, dives into her inspiring 50 years of life story.

Her achievements include numerous accolades, such as the Excellence WOMEN in HR Award by MAHRP 2023, Maldives, the Academic Excellence Award 2023 by Asian Education Conclave, and the Corporate Trainer Award 2023 by the Asian College of Teachers.
