The book is based on (empathy) altruism, which turns out to be a pathological altruism by the influence of three main factors: Self, Society, and Family. It provides a few of the suggestions and remedies to stop and save the true quality of altruism. Also, it is reasonably foreseeable and proves that empathy - based altruism in a deliberate to help others results in pathological altruism.
