Anand Patil
Dr. Anand Patil, retired from AIR, as Station Director, took to children’s literature as a zealous passion. Being situated in Karnataka, he is been involved in number of capacities in the field of children’s literature, since almost 30 years. He has written poetry, stories, novels and other proses for children extensively in Kannada. He showed immense interest in studies and scholarship in this field, and has been in the effort of creating journal both in Kannada and English, for a long. Five books of scholarly articles have been published in Kannada so for. He has participated in number of seminars and symphosiums. He has been honoured by many prestigious institutions.
