Dr. Wyyuru Amarnath
Dr. Wyyuru Amarnath’s career spans over fifty years. A Textile Technologist from Alagappa College of Technology – Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and a Doctor of Science from the Institute of Innovative Design – Russia and a certified Level ONE teacher of TRIZ.
Recipient of State, Regional and National Awards for Innovations including the prestigious INDIA INNOVATION GROWTH PROGRAM - 2007 award, conducted jointly by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Lockheed Martin (US) and the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).
Officiated as a jury at engineering colleges to evaluate student projects in India and at the International Design Contest held in Ekaterinburg – Russia.
Creativity and Innovations being his childhood passion, Dr. Wyyuru Amarnath has received many patents and has addressed students on Creativity & Innovations in various Educational Institutions.
He has presented two papers at the 26th Indian Engineering Congress - 2011.
