Pseudomonas sp. is one of the most prominent pathogens found in hospital environments. Most of the species of Pseudomonas show variation in drug resistance to different antibiotics. In current investigation, 10 species were found to be highly resistant to Cefotaxime and Ceftriaxone. Regulation of gene expression in presence of antibiotic Cefotaxime was investigated using real time PCR.
