The book has three rounds of Chakra chanting activities. Each round has seven sessions. Users can do one or more sessions each day. They can bookmark the page by folding the page after completing the session. They can resume the activity later using the bookmark!
And after they complete three rounds, they can start again from the beginning.
Each Session has a breathing activity and a chanting activity of a chakra sound. The combination of the breathing activity and the chakra chanting activity can balance the chakra and enhance our health!
Users can adopt any mudra of their choice during the session.
Session one starts with the Mooladhara chakra or the root chakra. Users can breath in and then chant the chakra sound while breathing out. Chanting can either be loud or silent. Repeat it for a few times.
After that, Do Natural breathing for some time. While doing natural breathing, your body may sometimes automatically chant some sounds or do mudras like Aswini mudra, Anjali mudra or raise hands above head.If that happens, you can go with the natural flow of the body and do those activities and complete the session.
