Before carving his niche in the culinary industry, he develops a strong back ground in catering for both hotels, resorts and restaurants Chef Rana also hosts interactive chef demonstrations for individual special events and for media.
By combining a wealth of culinary passion for food, an innovative approach and vast food knowledge honed at the Culinary art Institute at Chandigarh. Chef Rana successfully combines his roots in North India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia with his love of diverse flavour profiles. His talent also brought him recognition from Radisson, Starwood and Accor, and he was responsible for the opening of their hotels.
