Dr. Noel is a Philosopher, a Psychologist and an Author of several Books in Philosophy, Psychology, Biography and Spirituality.
Dr. Noel is the Chairman of Noel Group of companies in India, as well as in Australia which handles Project Management, Advertising, IT, Real Estate and International Trade.
