Havish has diverse experience across sales and marketing, academia and
market research. He is a Ph.D. scholar researching experiential marketing. He
is a Microsoft certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master [2013 +
2016], and has additional certifications from Wharton, University of
Pennsylvania; Rice University, Houston, Texas and Macquaire University,
Sydney, Australia. Havish has also been an MBA Gold Medallist and Scholarship
Awardee.
At Decode, he leads a team of analysts, spearheading research work.
Traverse Strategy Consultants, where he worked as Head of Research and
Analytics, was listed as Top 10 Most Promising Market Research Firms in India
in 2017. He has had the opportunity to work on projects for Government of
India (Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce
etc.)
He is a corporate and academic trainer in quantitative analysis, focusing
on Advanced Microsoft Excel and SPSS. He has trained organizations such as
S&P, PWC, EY, UBER etc. He is active on the Microsoft community as an
expert contributor and also contributes to Stack Overflow.
Havish has over 25 academic publications in national and international
journals, and has acted as a reviewer for IGI Global. He has authored three
books. His research assignments have been featured regularly in
BW|Businessworld, BW|Applause, BW|Education, IMPACT, Pitch; and on websites
of Amagi, Businessworld, CMO.com, Colgate Palmolive, Goa Tourism,
Indiantelevision, Marico, SEBI, Yahoo News and so on.
Nakul Bhardwaj

Nakul comes from a sales background and heads Business Development at
Decode. Nakul in the past has had the opportunity of working with Bharti Axa
GIC Ltd.
He has worked on several market research projects in the governance and
political space. Nakul recently managed an automation project for one of the
largest power companies in India, where the project involved providing an
end-to-end customized solution for the client built on their existing Excel
architecture.
He first book on Excel was launched in 2017.
