This book is about dealing with bullies, especially adult workplace bullies. We define what bullying is, how to know if you are being bullied, the forms of bullying. We see how bullying affects both the person being bullied and the whole company. The bystander is also highlighted as both a victim of the abuse and an accomplice. Two mindful thinking exercises are illustrated for the bullied and the bully. The book ends with a series of tips for dealing with bullying.
