Dr. Buddhadev Bhattacharya
Dr. Buddhadev Bhattacharya has born in the village Behira (Kalitala) in Birbum district of West Bengal, India. He did M.A in Philosophy (Gold Medalist), Ph. D degree from Jadavpur University, Diploma in Tibetan (Visva-Bharati), Diploma in Pāli (Calcutta University), a Certificate in Mongolian, and a one-year Manuscriptology course from the Asiatic Society, Kolkata.
He has worked for twelve years as a senior researcher in the Asiatic Society, the research institute of national importance and Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies under the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, Kolkata.

Dr. Bhattacharya is serving as a Sr. Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy and Project Coordinator of Manuscript Conservation Center, Nava Nālandā Mahavihara, (Deemed University), Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, Nālandā, Bihar. More than 50 research papers/articles have been published in National / International Research Journals or books by him.
