Little by little, the practice of meditation has become more popular, known and accepted. Although they have been part of humanity for centuries, today we still find many people who do not benefit from this millennium technique for lack of information. We cannot deny that today's world invades us every day and even our moments of rest and pleasure with a build-up of pressure, tumultuous our minds, making it more and more difficult to turn in ourselves and visualize the cause of our fear.
Meditation develops a progressive capacity for concentration and focus. Yes, meditation requires practice, patience. But meditation generates more and more tolerance. What matters is that you are focused on finding the most beautiful, hospitable and productive part of yourself, namely your part of light! We are, yes, luminous and enlightened beings. The practice of deep meditation takes us away from the level of appearance and tension; we are enveloped in the ability to love, to understand that life and the world is within us. When we discover that we have this precious gift, full of beauty, we feel worthy to be loved and to attain happiness.
