The author is a women in her late fourties. She has lived a life of struggles and pain. She has learnt from many people and how to take life as it comes without panicking and breaking down. Ultimately life is a lonely journey for one and all but those who are too afraid to face the reality and flows with the world ends of making many hypocrates friends. But those who are conscious and has spiritual indepth knowledge of scriptures and Gods, realise that everyone is here born loner, will die alone and has to struggle alone. The people around are just a mere illusion but actually everyone is lonely in real struggles of life. no one can take them from you. If you are too simple and introvert in today's world also it becomes little difficult to survive and you end up living lonely most of the time as people will not find you interesting if you are too honest, simple and lack diplomacy in your day to day dealings. So the author talks of her own life which is one of loneliness in this book.
