Hemalatha N N is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English Language and Literature (SFS), Madras Christian College (Autonomous). She is also a Research Scholar pursuing Ph.D. in the field of Feminism. Her areas of interest include Shakespeare, Indian Writings in English and Translation, Postcolonial Studies, Trauma Studies, Gender Studies, and Eco Criticism. She served as an Expert in Tamil Nadu StateCouncil of Educational Research and Training’s (TN-SCERT) Workshop on “Material Development” for VI, IX, XI Standard Textbooks in the year 2018. She is also the Coordinator of the Centre for Women’s Studies of the Madras Christian College.
