The focus of this edition is the new sequence of spaces of interval numbers. The algebraic and topological properties of these spaces has been studied in detail. The criterion for the regularity of the matrix of interval numbers has been introduced and also constructed is a regular matrix of interval numbers using the Fibonacci numbers.
