You could call Hazel Carston... DELUSIONAL, in a way.
Her world was perfect; no lies, no half-truths, no secrets, and no malice.
So how is it that these ideals start crumbling the moment she crosses paths with the enigmatic to-be actor, Cedric Bruning?
She starts seeing that there are secrets. There are bad people. There are half-truths. And there IS betrayal.
And they all lead down to the same root.
It all leads down to to what happened way before them. Retraces all the way back to the tragic events that happened one night in 1982. Back to their grandparents.
And maybe this reality. Something she realizes that has been hidden from her for a long time. That people can go to any lengths to get what they want. Like a Shakespeare play come to life.
So if she's Juliet and he's Romeo... will it end the same way or will they turn the tide?
That's up to them to decide.
