Lata Reddy, Sanjay Reddy, Dr Madan Mohan Reddy, Hema M Srinivas
Lata Reddy is a lawyer and MBA who began her career in her family’s pharmaceutical business before transitioning into real estate with her husband. She served as Chairperson of FICCI FLO Hyderabad in 2004 and remains its senior-most chairperson, reflecting sustained engagement with industry and women’s leadership forums. As Director of DeepAditya Developers and a member of the YPO Asoka chapter, she supports ventures across real estate, hospitality, and retail, including Almari, Tiger Lily, and Taro. An avid traveller and reader, she continues to balance legacy stewardship with nurturing next-generation enterprises.
Sanjay Reddy is a US-trained chemical engineer with an Executive Management Program from Columbia University. An alumnus of Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, he began his career in the pharmaceutical sector and later diversified into hospitality, real estate, healthcare, food and beverage, and startup investments. He serves on multiple boards and mentors early-stage ventures, managing a diversified business portfolio.
Dr. M. Madan Mohan Reddy, Whole-Time Director at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, brings over four decades of industry experience. With a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, he joined Aurobindo Pharma in 1997 and contributed significantly to its growth. He oversees formulation operations and has held senior leadership roles in operations and regulatory affairs. Chairman of PHARMEXCIL and a member of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, he actively supports industry and social development.
Hema Srinivas is a talent enhancement consultant with over 30 years of experience across banking, learning and development, coaching, and consulting. As consultant author, she shaped the book into a cohesive narrative grounded in leadership, human connection, and lived experience.
