THE YOGA CAPSULE Micro-Practices for the Modern Body & Mind

Author Name: Neeresh Kumar | Format: Hardcover | Genre : Health & Fitness | Other Details

YOUR BODY IS NOT BROKEN.
IT IS SIMPLY UNCALIBRATED.

Modern life disrupts the body before the day even begins. Stressful mornings, rushed routines, irregular digestion, shallow breathing, and constant mental noise create a cumulative biological debt. Over time, these disruptions leave you tired, stiff, unfocused, and out of rhythm.

You don’t need a lifestyle overhaul.
You need a system reboot.

The Yoga Capsule offers a precise approach to health—rooted in yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom and guided by engineering systems thinking. It treats the human body as an adaptive system that responds best to small, accurate inputs applied in the right sequence.

Rather than intensity, motivation, or extreme routines, this book focuses on calibration.

Neeresh Kumar

Neeresh Kumar is an engineer by profession and a yoga teacher with Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan, a non-governmental organization, where he has been actively teaching yoga for over a decade. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (PGDYT) and is a Certified Yoga Teacher recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, in addition to being a certified cleansing therapist.

His work is shaped by a unique integration of engineering systems thinking with therapeutic yogic science. This interdisciplinary perspective forms the foundation of The Yoga Capsule. Drawing parallels between engineered systems and the human body, the book is built on a principle common to both engineering and therapy: complex systems respond most effectively to small, precise inputs applied in the correct sequence.

Rather than prescribing long routines or lifestyle overhauls, the author focuses on micro-practices—short, repeatable interventions designed to recalibrate the body’s core systems, including digestion, movement, breath, and nervous system regulation. Classical yogic and Ayurvedic insights are translated into clear, executable capsules suited to modern schedules and real lives.

The Yoga Capsule reflects a practical and grounded philosophy: health is not created through intensity or force, but restored through alignment, timing, and consistency.
