The author, Diptimoy Biswas is an engineer by degree. He prefers writing researched books, aimed at the nuances less explored by people. With an indepth knowledge of yoga, and practical experience in handling bio medical equipment as an engineer, with a deep knowledge of ancient Indian spiritual texts, This is his second book, the first being "Advertising Myths & Its Impact On Ways To A Healthy Lifestyle And Food-The Natural Way". He is presently an executive member of a non profit organization helping out the less previliged people of his homestate, Guwahati, Assam in India, on healthcare and education.
