Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalA walk through the views, our hues, and the best avenues
Welcome to our minds, hearts and thoughts! This book was created with one goal: to put it out there in the world and help people realise that speaking our minds can be freeing and can help us all understand the true meanings of our thoughts and consequent actions.
As fun as it was coming up with these articles and poems, it helped all of us let go. Open up to our colours, and celebrate happiness as we get it.
Complete with research-backed articles, our journeys- in poetry and prose, and a feel-good kit to cope with various emotions, we hope that our book will be a helpful resource and a soulful companion for you.
All proceeds from our book will raise funds to make therapy more accessible.
We hope this book positively impacts your life.
Happy reading, lovely reader!

Huesofthemind is a non-profit organization run by progressive youth, where we try to have more conversations related to mental health to spread awareness and reduce the stigma around it. Through our workshops, content and campaigns, we
- share resources for mental wellness and wellbeing
- create a safe space & encourage inclusivity
- make resources available and more affordable
and act as a tool for Self-help, especially amongst children and the youth.
We have invited several esteemed speakers, artists, mental health advocates, and mental health professionals to support the same cause. We have collaborated with over 100 organizations and impacted 5000+ people through our Events and workshops alone, to encourage mental well being.
Our work has been recognized by The Times of India, Navbharat Times, and by youth-led organizations like AIESEC and Under25. We have also been featured on several social media pages like '@officialpeopleofindia' and supported by institutes such as VIT Vellore.
Our recent & free of cost, successful initiatives include-
- HuesLetter (delivered to over 800+ people)
- Mental Health Repository (50+ Mental Health Professionals)
- School & college-specific workshop series, such as with DPS Gurgaon.
We help people help themselves.
