Dr. Jagdish Chaturvedi is an ENT surgeon, Biodesign expert (SIB Fellow 2012 - Alum), MBA (NIBM), MIT Technology Review’s 35 under 35 innovator (2016), actor and stand-up comedian. He is a seasoned medical device innovator (over 18 devices) and an expert in identifying and analyzing unmet clinical needs for quick development of affordable, high-quality medical devices.

Ramakrishna Pappu is a founding member of the InnAccel team and brings a unique business perspective to MedTech innovation. He is a market research and financial modeling expert and co-invented VAPCare (first in the world Critical Care product) and has conducted several Biodesign Fellowship programs.
Dr. Rohan D’Souza is a clinician who graduated from St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore, following which he worked in Pharma, as a Medical Advisor at Pfizer and in MedTech at InnAccel, as part of the AIM Fellowship with the Lemelson Foundation.
Ravi Jangir is a Product Designer by profession and has a varied experience in designing & engineering consumer & medical products.
