This book has 3 rounds with each round having 7 sessions.
Before starting the sessions, users can touch the tip of the thumb with the tip of the index finger to form Gyan mudra ( or any other mudra of their choice ) and then start the session!
Users can chant the given mantra once (or thrice) and then complete the activity given in the session!
If you have time, you can also do some simple yoga poses, meditation and exercises after each session!
You can complete one or more sessions each day. After completing a session, you can book mark the page by folding the page so that you can continue the session the next day. Or you can note down the page number at the table given at the end, so that you can continue the session the next day.
And after completing three rounds, you can start again from the beginning!

2 ) Sloka from Sat Charita Mantra
3 ) Chant Om Sairam 9 times
4 ) Sai Salutations
The Pavamana mantra is given at the end of each session. Users can chant it once during each Session.
