An indifferent business climate, a poor order book, an overburdening manpower base, a distraction in delivery of project timelines and lack of Internationalisation. The Author Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Ex-Chairman & Managing Director, Engineers India Limited, a Government of India Undertaking has been associated with hydrocarbon Industry for over three and half decdes and has been actively involved in mega projects worth billions of US dollars at stake.Born in the sylvan,pcturesque valley of Mussoorie, Mr. Sanjay Gupta completed his initial education in Mussoorie from Wynderg Allen School and went on to secure his engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
