Dr Mehta Vasishtha Dev Mohan, the author, was an Indian scholar of the Pāli & Sanskrit languages. He was a dedicated scholar and an academician. He is twice gold medalist of Panjab University and has authored several books and papers. He served Government College Ludhiana as a Professor in Sanskrit and Hindi and taught students of Degree, Honors & Post Graduation classes and served as Principal of a large government college, in NCR, India.
