Mahendra Baid
Mahendra Baid believes that we are largely defined by our thoughts and values. Born in Dinhata, West Bengal, Baid is a very result-oriented professional who believes in dreaming big. He is very passionate about start-ups and has extensive knowledge in digital marketing, start-ups, business and process management, technology, analytics and sales. An effective team leader capable of training, motivating and mentoring his team members, he believes that a key skill to his professional success has been applying his leadership and interpersonal skills to interact effectively and cultivate valuable partnerships.
Coming from a very humble family background, Mahendra Baid understands the core importance of the values that mould us. More importantly, he strongly believes that with kids today, there is the need to be imbibed with such values from a very early stage of life. That’s how he conceptualized Wings for Youngsters.
Mahendra Baid is an MBA from Symbiosis, Kolkata. He loves travelling, reading and meditation, and divides his time between pursuing his hobbies and work. He lives in Bengaluru with his wife, Chanda, and two sons – Tannmay and Harshit.
