We are living in an obesogenic society - gaining weight is very easy. Food is readily available but sometimes, the obvious is not as apparent as it seems. The reason for weight gain could be more than just-food. Foods might be obvious, but the not so obvious might be the deep-rooted hurt, anger, resentment, anxiety, and sadness. The root of negativity can be traced down to your childhood or some major life events. You can easily remove these harmful roots and instead sow the seeds of happiness, joy, health, and wellness. It is possible to change your negative emotions with food.
From my personal experience, food is the easiest and quickest of the many therapies I use to heal my clients. I have observed that people have to work very hard when asked to meditate or practice specific supportive therapies to overcome their negative emotions. Most of them give up. This book makes it more accessible for you because nothing works the way food does. It's true when they say “We are what we eat.” And so I present “Wise Foods,” foods with healing properties that existed many centuries ago. "Wise Foods" will help you create positive emotions and healing.
With my many years of experience and a passion for food, I have discovered the importance of eating the right foods to heal emotions and enhance overall health and happiness
