कवि मानता है कि हम सभी के जीवन में मुख्यतः यौवन में विभिन्न भावों का अवतरण होता है जैसे कम समय में हम सुख, दुःख, पीड़ा, प्रेम, अवसाद, ख़ुशी आदि का अनुभव कर लेते हैं. सबसे प्रमुख होता है प्रेम और अलगाव. इन्हीं भावों पर कवि द्वारा कविताओं को लिखा गया है.

कवि ने कई बार स्वयं को ऐसी परिस्थिति में मन ही मन पाया जिसमें वो अलगाव के भावों में बह गया. हालाँकि तब वो प्रेम में था. ऐसे में कवि कल्पना आधारित भावों को प्राथमिकता देते हुए अलगाव पर कविता बनाता है जबकि उसने जीवन में कभी भी प्रेम के खोने या किसी से अलगाव का दुःख नही सहा.

यह काव्य संग्रह न सिर्फ कविताओं को पाठकों के सामने रखता है बल्कि युवाओं को कविता लिखने के लिए भी आह्वान करता है. हिंदी काव्य के प्रति रूचि बनाने के लिए कवि प्रयासरत है.
