Anupam Srivastava is a multifaceted professional with four decades of experience in
leadership development, transformational mentoring, social service, mind coaching,
and spiritual exploration. Working across the United Kingdom and India, he has
combined modern psychology with ancient Indian wisdom to help individuals become
integrated, effective, and ethically empowered. As a social worker and counsellor,
he has supported vulnerable children, families in crisis, and students; trained
countless professionals; and developed nationally recognized counselling
programmes. He aligned his counselling institution with the standards of the British
Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. In 2003, he founded Acorn
Fostering Services Ltd. in the UK and later established Insight Life Coaching
Services in India.
Equally distinguished in entrepreneurship and mentoring, Anupam has demonstrated
that coaching, empowerment, and ethical conduct form the foundation of lasting
progress. A lifelong student of the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, and Adi
Shankaracharya—and inspired by Swami Chinmayananda Saraswati—he
approaches spiritual knowledge with rational and scientific insight. His hallmark is
making the symbolic language of Vedic literature practical, intimate, and
transformative for contemporary life. Through his work and spiritual practice, he
exemplifies an integrated vision of nation-building—linking social service, ethical
leadership, and inner growth to foster strong personalities and an aware,
compassionate society.
