Dr. Farhat Sayyed, a dentist by profession, interested in cooking and passionate about food photography. What began as a simple hobby in the kitchen soon turned into a creative journey — one that blends flavor, artistry, and storytelling through the lens.
Over time, this journey has not only sharpened my skills in the kitchen but also behind the camera. I found myself drawn not just to how food tastes, but how it looks — the colors, the textures, the way light hits a dish just right.
A big part of this creative path has been shaped by my friend and mentor, Dr. Wini Chandra, whose guidance introduced me to the finer aspects of mobile food photography. Through the inspiring and supportive Mobile Photography Facebook Group led by Dr. Akash Akinwar, I discovered the joy of turning everyday meals into beautiful visual stories — using only a mobile phone and a lot of heart.
I also wish to acknowledge the guidance of photographer Manoj Musale Sir, whose technical insight has helped me refine my approach and continue growing as a food photographer.
