His journey into Business Analysis began over a decade ago, following a successful career as a Quality Analyst. Renowned for consistently identifying at least 75 valid bugs per 100 in assigned projects, Hiten developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to clarity. His insistence on precise requirements and ability to challenge ambiguities caught the attention of his manager, Prabhu Sarangarajan, and VP, Anil Nagaraj. They championed his transition into a Functional BA role, where he became a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring project success and client satisfaction. Under the mentorship of Vijay Sam, he further honed the documentation skills essential to this role.
Today, Hiten's expertise spans Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Product and Project Management, People Leadership, and end-to-end Documentation.
