Lionel Chng is a seasoned executive that has worked in multiple countries and MNCs. His career has spanned many different roles, primarily in sales, strategy and organization-wide initiatives.  As the Chief of Staff to the MD of HP Greater Asia, Lionel is responsible for leading the strategy development and key initiatives for HP in the region 
He was previously the Managing Director of the Printing and Personal Systems Group (PPS) for HP Singapore and was responsible for the growth, business performance and market penetration of the HP business across Enterprise, Commercial and Consumer channels. 
Lionel has been in the consumer business throughout his career, having built his experience in P&G, Maxis, Nokia and Samsung in the country and also in the region. He holds a Bachelor of Business & Marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed his MBA from the University of Bath.
