Dr. Sujata Chatterjee is a practicing Anesthesiologist in Kolkata. She did her post-graduation in Anesthesia in Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. She has also authored two other books: Flights of Fantasy, a collection of short stories whose second edition is due, and Looking Through the Prism: Spectrum. Chatterjee has also co-authored numerous other anthologies like Speak Your Mind, Broken Bits of the Moon and Jumboree Jubilation.
She is the winner of the Shonghoti Sammanana Award by Hello Kolkata Media House, 100 Inspiring Authors of India by the Indian Awaz Team and 50 Influential Authors of India by The Spirit Mania. Chatterjee is also The National Book Honor Awards Winner. She has also been awarded the Swami Vivekananda Excellence Award for Literature by the Seva Youth Guild and the honorable Governor of West Bengal.
Her book, Looking Through the Prism, has been displayed in bookstalls in the World Delhi Book Fair (2018 and 2019), the Chennai Book Fair (2018) and the Kolkata International Book Fair (2018 and 2019). Looking Through the Prism and Flights of Fantasy have also been displayed on the shelves of the Agra Book Fair and Allahabad Book Fair.
