Surajit's academic background in science, coupled with his deep interest in positive psychology, medical hypnosis, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), has uniquely positioned him to address the complex emotional and psychological needs of children. He holds a Fellowship in Cardiac Rehabilitation from Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad, and is a member of several esteemed career counseling organizations in India and abroad, including the National Career Counselling Institute, the Counsellors Council of India. He had been a member of the British Society of Experimental and Clinical Hypnosis, and the International Hypnosis Federation.

In addition to his extensive work with children, Surajit has authored two acclaimed books: “Nurturing Bonds: A Handbook for Emotional Development in Early Childhood” and “Parenting with Heart: Emotional Bonds for Early Childhood Development.” His latest work, "Emotional Edge in Parenting: Your Complete Guide to Childhood Education," combines the wisdom and insights from his previous books with new, comprehensive strategies for nurturing emotionally intelligent children.
