Anuradha Mahajan
Anuradha Mahajan embarked on a journey of self-discovery through the Bhagavad Gita, which evolved into a profound labor of love and research. After being inititiated into Vedanta in 2009 during a four-year program led by Ms. Sangeeta Dhown in Bahrain, Anuradha began teaching the Gita in 2013, continuing to learn and conduct group sessions ever since. She collaborated with Sunita to compile this edition of the Gita enriched with illustrations and interpretations. After twelve years of deep study and research, Volume 1 presents a clarified understanding of the first 6 chapters of the scripture. Advocating for the integration of this wisdom into educational curricula worldwide, Anuradha envisions a 21st-century Bhagavad Gita that is universally relevant and inseparable from humanity's collective consciousness.

Sunita Malhotra
A Physics graduate, Sunita has always been interested in learning about the fundamental laws of the Universe. She was fascinated to learn that many of the discoveries made by modern scientists in the last century had already been mentioned or indicated in the ancient Vedic texts, written thousands of years ago.
Inspired by the teachings and works of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of ‘Art of Living Foundation’, Sunita has been a volunteer of AOL since 2000 and has been involved in Seva (service) & Satsang (gatherings for spiritual activities and knowledge). In June 2022, she qualified as an ‘Art of Living’ teacher for conducting ‘Happiness Program’, a workshop for wellbeing, better health, peace and happiness.
In 2018, she joined the Bhagavad Gita study group with Anu Mahajan and later with Sangeeta Dhown, which deepened her interest in this Divine scripture. In 2019, with their encouragement, she started to teach the Bhagavad Gita, to teenagers and adults of various nationalities and faiths.
She believes that the study of the Gita is essential to lay the foundation for strong human values, bring oneness in all and make our world a better place to live with love, peace, compassion & unity.
