Dr. Bichitra Kumar Behura graduated from BITS Pilani as a mechanical engineer and is working at a PSU oil marketing company. He has done his MBA and PhD in Marketing. Despite his official engagements, he writes both in Odia and English and follows his passion for singing and music.
