A product of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, my professional exposure has been both national and international, in countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Middle East, China and East Africa. I have launched four new concepts in India (some have gone on to be marketed globally). Starting out in the corporate world with the likes of Forbes Group, Nelco, Ion Exchange, I moved to the big world of People Development.
I launched Koncept Marketing Consultants in 2000. Besides, my skills have been sought after by the likes of De Beers, Joy Alukkas, Ambuja Cement, Bank of India, Mahindra group, GJEPC, etc. They address specific people development areas like Attitudinal Issues, Conflict Resolution, Mentoring, Decision Making, Team Building, Leadership, Strategy Development and Executive Excellence for senior-level professionals.
